I feel awful. So that was something.

i got out of bed.. came on here .. lol .. i love this place

did a fair bit of housework 2day.. washed and dried the dishes.. swept and mopped the floor.. cleaned the bathroom mirror.. washed the basin..

i feel proud of myself.. i got a fair bit done 2day

Today Ive taken my lab exam and done well on it (I hope), after studying lots. I was able to focus, woo!!

Today I came to work even though I feel down. I just need to make it threw today. Tomorrow it will have it's own worried.

studied ALL day and took an exam... my joints hurt badly so i came home and did nothing but watch tv tonight

Applied for a job I thought I would have no chance of getting, now have an interview and possibility of extending the job into an area I'm more interested in

laundry, cleaned, studied, took a final and got an 88

i also had panic attacks right before and after my final which sucked... interestingly the one AFTER my final was worse than the one before i took my exam. i felt dizzy, nauseous, and it seemed like my pulse was racing. my dog came and got on my lap and i eventually started to feel better... i love my dog so much.. he always seems to know when i am freaking out and he stays with me until i feel better
