The General Mental Health Forum is now a Read Only Forum. As we had two large areas making it difficult for many to find, we decided to combine the Mental Health & the Recovery sections of the forum into Mental Health & Recovery as a whole. Physical Health still remains as it's own area within the entire Recovery area.
If you are having struggles, need support in a particular area that you aren't finding a specific recovery area forum, you may find the General Struggles forum a great place to post. Any any that is related to emotions, self-esteem, insomnia, anger, relationship dynamics due to mental health and recovery and other issues that don't fit better in another forum would be examples of topics that might go there.
If you have spiritual issues related to a mental health and recovery issue, please use the Recovery Related Spiritual Advice forum. This forum is designed to be like Christian Advice, only for recovery type of issues. Recovery being like a family in many ways, allows us to support one another together. May you be blessed today and each day.

Hmm....Talked to my boyfriend on the phone for a little while. Then I went to traffic court and wasn't able to get my fine for my speeding ticket reduced (that's okay because I really was speeding!). Then I went by my old work and picked up my belongings. Next, headed to the library and picked up three inspiration books ("The Power of Positive Thinking" was one of them). Came home, ate ice cream and then went on a 45 minute run. Took a nice bath and now am relaxing!maycontainnuts said:got up early, studied, went to school and took an exam, went to lunch and the movies, went to the gym, practiced driving
welcome to the "What did you accomplish today?" thread jess144!! Yeah that's a perk of being a member of Christianforums is you do meet so many great people struggling with the same things as you. I hope to be able to minister to you through prayer and encouragement. Please feel free to pm me anytime. I get on here to check out the site several times a day!! You are doing great from the sounds of your post! God Bless! Trinityjess144 said:Hmm....Talked to my boyfriend on the phone for a little while. PS It is encouraging that there are folks who are my age on here (MayContainNuts, TrinityGrace, and Lmarie23). I am going to a day program right now for my depression and most everyone there is 10 years older than me. I have had quite a few people ask me what someone as young as me is doing struggling with depression.
