The Way Up (Pat Metheny Group)

Anyone listened to this yet? what are your thoughts?
I've just sat down for an hour and listened to it right through. I'm going to have another listen on the weekend.

I LOVE this album. Such an awesome work by Pat and Lyle. You should check out the DVD of it...it really gives a lot more appreciation for the music by seeing it all played live.

I've got one live DVD of PMG from a few years back.
Can't think of the title right now but its got that Asian trumpet player (Cuong?) in it.

Don't think I will get the live DVD of The Way Up though.
For me, this work is best appreciated 'lights out'.
