CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

A draw. They both have what amount to a 'supernatural' ability to see and react to their opponents movements. Both are masters of their chosen weapons, and both have shown the ability to defeat an opponent using the others weapon. (Vash has defeated a guy with a sword, Kenshin has proven himself against firearms.)
Now I say this under the assumption that you are speaking of 'Kenshin who defeated Shishio', and not 'Battousai'. If it was the latter, the Vash will emerge victorious (barely).

Hmm, I once replied to a thread like this over at CAA (before I got banned LOL).
My little theory is that Wolfwood and Sanosuke take them both out for drinks, and when the battle begins, both face each other, glare threateningly, and then promptly pass out drunk.

Well, considering that they both dislike fighting to begin with, I don't think the fight would ever happen in the first place. Maybe, MAYBE, if they were both wasted (courtesy of Wolfwood and Sanosuke, like Susan said) they would fight. Because they are both wasted, they're judgement and skills would be impared making it difficult to predict who would win.
If by some strange twist of fate, they actually encountered and fought each other, without holding back, Kenshin would probably win.
I wouldn't say Kenshin has trouble dodging bullets. I've only read the manga up through volume four (end of the first fight w/ Aoshi) and seen up through the second season of the anime (the Kyoto arc). The only instance I recall Kenshin dealing with bullets was during the fight with Sanosuke when what's-his-name (or what's-his-name's brother in the manga) tries to shoot Kenshin while he's distracted. And he still blocked it.
If neither Kenshin nor Vash were holding back, Kenshin would either be in Battousai mode or in "maximum swordsman spirit/chi" mode (end of Shishio fight) and Vash would probably use a double angel arm or an angel arm/Wolfwood's gun combo.
Vash is good at dodging bullets from Random Joe, but dodging an attack from Kenshin is completely different. Due to Kenshin's godlike speed, Vash would be unconsious (or dead) before he could fire a shot.

yeah, but vash's angel arm (a.k.a. "city destroying gun") takes time to charge. While it's charging, kenshin would knock him out or kill him.

Have you watched or read Ruroini Kenshin? Kenshin easily dodges bullets. Like during the fight with the Oniwabanshu, the guy with the gattling gun(sp?).Felron said:
