There are two verses in all of Scripture where the words Zion and Vengeance occur in the same verse.

Next is the time of the manifest sons and daughters. Where all people will know us by the love we have for each other. The wealth of the wicked will be laid up for the just. People will have learned how to use the weapons of the hosts of heaven to the pulling down of strongholds. We will do greater works than Jesus.
Those are scriptural, and these, maybe they are, maybe not. Trump's "we will bring education local" will be key in the world knowing us by the love we have for each other, because schools will be made for all of the religions and ours will flourish. He will destroy corruption, so much so, that he will cause the wealth of the wicked to be laid up for the just. Regions of light will be made of cities of Christians, and evil people will build their own habitation so as to continue their evil. Drive into a region of light, and one who was dead can become alive again. Wonderful, and affordable inventions will be made to the betterment of mankind, given by the Holy Ghost, this includes projected smart touch computing from a tiny box, an affordable cure for cancer will come from Europe, hoverboards, maybe you knew that one already. Trump will be in office for 8 years, Pence in after, Trump's influence in the whitehouse will last for generations. Hillary will be imprisoned before Trump takes office in January.
