I have said for some time now that when it comes to the border and the crime problem in this country that the American People should more or less tell the various levels of government to take a long walk off a short pier and take care of the problems themselves.

Governments are proving themselves to be increasingly worthless at a number of different tasks, and if it takes citizens blocking the border or suppressing crime in the streets because the politicians are unwilling or unable to do it, then good for the citizens, says I.

The exact same thing applies when it comes to education. In the face of balderdash like this, the People should simply say, "Okay, enough is enough," and pull their kids out of the public schools en masse, set up their own schools, and let the government schools wither on the vine.
