It does not have to. John informs the readers In Revelation 11:14 that the third woe (to the inhabiters of the earth) comes quickly - what it will be.
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Revelation 11:18 does not contain the phrase "woe to the inhabiters of the earth".In revelation 11,John described the third woe as the wrath of God
Revelation 12:12 contains the phrase "woe to the inhabiter of the earth".John does not describe the 3rd woe in revelation 12.
Thats why revelation 12 is not the third woe.Revelation 11:18 does not contain the phrase "woe to the inhabiters of the earth".
Revelation 12:12 contains the phrase "woe to the inhabiter of the earth".
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
Note where the third woe is locatedRevelation 11:15-18 does not contain the phrase "woe to the inhabiters of the earth".
Revelation 12:12 contains the phrase "woe to the inhabiter of the earth"
12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
You are confusing the mystery of God with the third woe to the inhabiters of the earth..Note where the third woe is located
Revelation 11(Not 12)
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
Third woe is described as time of God's wrath when he destroys them which destroy the earth .
Revelation 11
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
This is the time of God's wrath. Not the devil's.
The woes are not wrath.3rd woe is wrath of God.
God destroying them who destroy the earth is not a mystery..They are cast into a lake of fire..You are confusing the mystery of God with the third woe to the inhabiters of the earth..
Revelation 11:18 is the mystery of God referred to in Revelation 10:7.
7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
Revelation 11:18 - the mystery of God to be finished, in the days of the voice of the seventh angel.
Revelation 12:12 - the third woe to the inhabiters of the earth.
The days of the voice of the seventh angel is the time, times, half time of Revelation 12:12-14.
So you believe the wrath of God in this verse is not the wrath of God .The woes are not wrath.
The woes are Satan's "counterparts" to the last 3 Trumpets. Trumpets are not woes, but judgment events from God.
The events of the Trumpets are different than the woe events.
Satan is most definitely involved in all 3 woes.
The wrath of God is contained in the 7 vials, not any of the 3 woes.

Revelation 11:15-19 is the reaction in heaven when the seventh angel sounds his trumpet.False
There is no third woe in revelation 12
The third woe is in revelation 11 and takes place after the second woe.
Here is the third woe as of recorded by John.
Revelation 11
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.
16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God,
17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned.
18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth.
19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.
If the third woe chronologically follows the second woe, then why aren't the Revelation 11:15-18 verses in Revelation 9, as Revelation 9:22-25 ?
Why does the discussion of the woes stop and Revelation 10 begin and Revelation 11:13 take place before there discussion of the woes begin again ?
It is because the third woe begins after the two witnesses have left this earth. And is Satan cast down to earth have great wrath, because he has but a short time left. And at some point the time, times, half time, Satan opens the bottomless pit and the first woe takse place over the course of 5 months.

FalseRevelation 11:15-19 is the reaction in heaven when the seventh angel sounds his trumpet.
Revelation 11:15 does not say that Christ had come. It is saying that the end of nearly 6000 years time of Satan and his angels deception of the nations has arrived. That is why Satan has great wrath because he knows that when cast down to earth the time of his end has arrived.I'm not sure why you believe the devil has power to persecute the saints after Christ comes and recieves his kingdom in revelation 11.
No, I am asking you....why doesn't Revelation 11:15-18 follow directly after Revelation 9:21 as being part of the Revelation 9 verses?Revelation 11
14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly.
You are asking me why the third woe comes after the second woe
