The Supreme Court's recent ruling that official acts of the sitting President,
(that are taken as a result from the President's responsibilities), is irrelevant
to Trump's Classified documents trial.
This is because the indictment about classified documents, is about Trump
retaining classified documents AFTER he ceased being President, and is
about Trump's refusal to return those classified documents AFTER he ceased
being President.
These actions by Trump, were not done while he was President.
They CANNOT be official acts of the President.

As the article argues, the claim that no legal action can be taken against Trump,
within 60 days of an impending election, is a misunderstanding of the 60 day
legal ruling. That ruling prevents NEW indictments to be brought, within 60
days of a candidate's impending election.
The indictments against Trump, were not brought within 60 days of the
coming Fall election.
Trump is trying to put off his trials. But he has no argument for delaying them,
from the Supreme Court's decision about Presidential immunity, nor from the
legal "60-day" ruling.
