Certain people believed the world sits on a turtle's back, and when asked what the turtle sits on- turtles, all the way down.
One would be surprised how far people will go to deny certain things. In their case, the denial that the world was round.

But the most literal biblical interpretation I've ever come across is the 'snow globe' illustration- the land is flat and round, and the sky circles it like an orb. And outside the orb is the celestial realm. It was even proposed that stars were holes of the orb, which revealed the light of the realm.
Can't seem to find a picture of it, but I've seen the illustration before.

Is there anyone who really and truly believes the Scriptures do not lie?
Anyone who would want to discuss Scripture topic and the belief of the early Church fathers on its relevancy and truth as to the topic of the geocentric creation?

Why do men choose unbelief about the truth of Scripture on this topic and why do some make stupid unrelated off topic posts to derail the thread?

A. Yes I believe the Scriptures are true. How and why they're true, well that's where you deviate entirely.

B. It amuses me that you call on historic Christianity (i.e. the Early Church Fathers, the Ethiopian Orthodox Church) when it serves your heretical purposes, yet you will not affirm them in any traditional sense.

Ya, know, it's all making sense to me now, just as I said, Enoch's writings are not to be taken as literally written, all of this argument is simply stripping the Son of Man of His Identity, and casting it to the dogs, IMHO. The parallel to the Sun is the Son, and He comes to earth in flesh, and in all men who are upright and receive the same mind as Christ. This is not new under the Sun, mind you.

Enoch wrote long before the Women's Liberation Movement of 1848, and much corruption spread throughout the world as the result of the 1844 great disappointment. Enoch's writings are consistent with the stance that man once had before the WLM, and it's stated in writing and recorded that the women were rebelling against the prerogative that men had then because of the Biblical truths but the men abused it long before the women rebelled, and the 1844 GD was the release of the beasts from their cages, so to speak. The cages of every unclean bird were opened and they flew all over like spirits upon the world.

Enoch is truth, this world is a lie, and an illusion that man has made out of hell, and into a self-made paradise, and it's because the world is of inverted minds, as the result of the strong delusion. But some will awaken, and they will learn as their eyes have been opened for the first time in their life.

It's all relative, and relevant in God's Upright Law, that is. All things are then possible by Him. Man has only conjured this up by allowing false teachers to infiltrate and tickle their ears while the women get their way with the freedom they then had. It's called seduction, and deception. The devil can use the same MO for each generation, and there's always the woman involved. Times and laws were changed by the minds of men. Men had the same responsibility as the first Adam, and so did the woman as they were in one womb together on day-6 when the commandment was given to that ONE Adam, both male and female they were made but only one person exists in flesh until Eve was made from that Adam.

The problem is simple, it's a scene from a typical argument between a married couple, man and a woman on who's to blame for the fall. This is what has never been settled, and it's all over this forum, IMHO. Nothing personal my friends because it's a global issue, and concern to realize what the Father is coming to settle. All of the past are gone, and it's now that we face.

I give Albert Einstein much credit though he was spiritually blind because of the strong delusion, which I believe came shortly before his achievements. He at least saw the reality but didn't know who to blame for it, or how it came about. He said this that I find interesting:

Your post is only relevant in that it points out that men who deny the truth of Scripture invent and choose to believe all manner of fables put forth by men of unbelief, which are refuted by the Word of God itself as anyone who actually cares to study it for themselves will discover.

1Sa 2:8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them.

It is indisputable the bible is clearly geocentric, I to was in unbelief until I was confronted this the scriptures of the word of God, it caused me to consider how far I would go to believe the word of God. Once I choose to believe the Lord he enlightened by eyes to how the whole world lies in deception and the only truth is his word.

For any doubters here, many of you probably use relativity on a regular basis. For example, your GPS receivers have relativistic adjustments built into their maths to improve their accuracy.

The Helio Heads foolish rhetoric and mocking just reaffirms my belief in the word of God; but it also makes me very sad to see how deceived so many christians have be become. They only believe what they are told and deny there own eyes, the bible and common sense. Sad very Sad!

Ummm. Please tell me how the earth also has four corners and isn't really a globe that people have literally flown around. I've met the people who have flown around it. Launch a camera up on a weather balloon and you can see that it is a ball.

What say we start a fund for every Flat-earth geo-centric believer. The fund will provide them with a GPS-enabled camera, a tracker to find the camera's position, and a weather balloon. They can run the experiment themselves. The camera will live-feed onto their personal Youtube page, proving every time that the earth is a sphere suspended in space in orbit around the sun, not because of trickery, but because that is the truth.

Makes me wonder how the Flat Earth Society folk would have their brains melt should they ever pay a visit to the International Space Station.

Well, actually after taking a second glance at the picture I do see the image of America in darkness, inside the left half shell. I wonder why the artist depicts this?

I think there it's night. It's really weird, they believe satan changes all the light and bends it and the whole universe is inside the earth.
They believe that because of some texts, one says the earth stands still, but it means something else:
