So, is it possible to worship Christ at the same time as playing a great game?
Oh, man. This question takes me back to the old days of my posting on forums-- video game forums were my first, and this topic was heavily dealt with in the days of Halo and Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay by all my XBOX fanboys, long before PS3 and X360.So, is it possible to worship Christ at the same time as playing a great game?
Well, I have one of only two games I know of that I want......
Fallout 4..... looks like there goes free time for awhile.
My cousin-in-law (if that's what you call the guy who married your cousin) just announced on FB that he got Fallout 4 and now he wouldn't be seen for quite a while ... interestingly when he'd normally be at work, so now I wonder if his comment about "suddenly feeling too sick for work after buying this game" was a joke or not.
Me, neither. I don't need my deaths to be graphic or brutal in a game, personally. It just doesn't make me feel like much of a hero.A lot of people take off work for games like Fallout and Dragon Age. I didn't for Fallout 3-- too much gore-- not a fan of blowing heads off of bodies in slow motion.
I don't care for the body parts and all that flying around either, but it doesn't really phase me either. When they make games more real looking.... then it might be a deterrent, but Fallout hasn't ever been known for impeccable graphics
Its no worse than the crazy Japanese cartoons where someone slices an enemy into a million pieces and blood splatters all over.
