Hmmm... I don't really know...not too recently. But I gave my friend a hug yesterday so I guess that counts.

I prefer watching movies with someone else. So whichever place is more likely to be where my friend would want to do it.

If I'm out at the movies then yes. At home, I probably would, just usually don't have popcorn in the house.
