I was, but I kind of think that I don't need the one I was going to do because in picking it out I really thinkI've already successfuly impl;emented it. Maybe I'll think of another one.

If I don't have purple, what would be another good choice?

yes, when I made easy ones.

what were the 5 best things to happen in 2005 for you?

1. God brought me to see many truths in His word that I had long fought against and/or failed to understand. I now happily (and controversially, on some parts of this board! :) ) call myself a "Reformed Christian," or if I must (I really don't like to use this term), a Calvinist-- not because I follow any theology of man but because I see it in the Bible!

2. God led me to a great new church of faithful, strong Biblical teaching and very warm, loving, and appropriately serious Christians who follow hard after God!

3. I was able to share in conversation about my faith and hope in Christ with my cousin's non-Christian girlfriend! I am very happy about that. :)

4. God led me into deep suffering to expose me more deeply to the condition of my sinful heart and to bring me to see how easily I cling to things of the world for solace and comfort. Not easy to see but very necessary and very good for my spiritual health.

5. I learned to be truly slow to speak and truly quick to listen (and I'm still learning!).

What was the most surreal experience that you had in 2005?

Those are excellent! You are an encouragement and shining light of comfort and strength to those here on the boards.

When I realized I was going to be an aunt in October.

What was the moment that you were most thankful to God for during 2005?

I have a few, when every other week my daughter wasn't leaving, every single Friday that occurs to me. And when my little grandson was born. I got to be in the room, and as my kids are adopted, i'd never seen or experienced that, AWESOME!!!!!!! Just an amazing miracle, my heart just overflowed.:)

What are your hopes for the coming year?
