CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I make sure that the suppliers we use are delivering the parts on time and make plans, schedules, charts and graphs to keep track of where each part is and when it will get here. There are many different processes and tests that each part has to go through before we get it and there are lots of tests along the way. Parts fail tests all the time and we need to start from step one again. It is my job to keep the Directors of Procurement, Quality, Program Management, Operations Planning and the Team Lead in Assembly up to date with what stage each part is at. I am also the main link between the shop and the office here (at least for the A380 program). I also need to take the information I get and make "forecast" sheets and outstanding work sheets so that the VPs can keep on top of things. I get all my information by communicating with buyers and suppliers. I got a lot of that done today while you were offline so I'm actually very up to date right now. lol

I get storyboards from the two teachers I work for and re draw them in photoshop to make them into workable storyboards, then I go through them with the other guys and tell them exactly what I need. I then start building up the backend of the interface and modify the standard toolbar to accomodate the new Interactive lesson. Then I recieve a draft of the lesson and go through it making sure I'm happy with the layouts and that everything is up to standard then I merge it in with the final menu and build the rest of the application around it. I also make the interactive demo's and any posters that are needed.
