Well that's your private view, but there are billions who disagree with you. I know there are billions of others who go along with your mob out of sheer ignorance, they just latch on because they follow the crowd like blind sheep.
There may be "billons" who deny the modern world that working science has produced and explains. So what? A
belief in a flat Earth did not make the Earth flat (scholars did not believe it even if the myth was poplar)!
I am a Kiwi (New Zealander) so I do not mind an Australian calling Australians "blind sheep"

. But seriously, high school science students in many countries, e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, Japan, and the USA, learn about science and have knowledge, not ignorance. Anyone who can read Wikipedia or use Google can gain knowledge.
The
basics of
evolution are easy to understand. Variation within a population + the environment making it more likely that individual with fitter traits will survive and breed = species change. We call that change evolution. If the environment changes, the population will evolve to fit that environment and a new species may evolve. If a population becomes split, e.g. by geography, each population will evolve separately, changes will pile up and we can get a new species.
The
full extent of
evolution needs a willingness to learn.
Or my favorite example for a lower limit to the age of the Earth that anyone who can think and count can understand. In summer winds deposit dust on snow. In winter more snow falls covering the dusty snow. The snow compacts so we have ice with a dusty layer per year.
Ice cores exist. It is possible to look with your eyes at an ice core an count up to 55,000 layers. Thus the age of the Earth is at last 55,000 years.
