The role faith plays in salvation

Sure I have given biblical support, but that doesnt help you. Faith is given to the Justified, so that they shall live by Faith. Scripture says the Just or Justified SHALL live by Faith Rom 1:16-17

16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

First they are Just or Justified by Christ and thus they shall which denotes future tense, live by Faith, its a Divine Promise unto the Justified. Faith doesnt make a person Just before God, Christ does, and if you deny that, its unbelief

Test yourselves. Know you not how Jesus Christ is in you? 2 Cor 13:5 1 John 4:4
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. 1 John 5:10-11
