Officials identified the man who was struck as a counter-protester, saying he had non-life-threatening injuries and that he drove himself to a nearby hospital.

I’d be interested to know which side of the debate the assailant is on. It’s easy to assume he’s on the anti-Tesla side, but I could just as easily see a 70yo Idaho resident being pro-Musk, too, and getting confused about who he was assaulting.

The entryway to the party's headquarters was destroyed early Sunday morning, the party said in a statement. The party alleged that the words "ICE=KKK" had also been spraypainted, calling it a "horrific attack, fueled by hatred and intolerance."

After terrifying incident, N.J. donut shop stands tall in face of hatred​

Maciej Wojciak, 61, was arrested by Matawan police and charged with several crimes, including terroristic threats and criminal mischief. After allegedly trying to take down a Pride flag at the doughnut shop, Wojciak is also accused of threatening to burn the donut shop down and making a Nazi salute.

An employee alerted Rizzuto of Wojciak’s alleged attempt to remove the Pride flag.

“I was in the back of the storeroom, and (the employee) came back screaming, ‘Joe, somebody just tore down the Pride flag and ran away with it,” Rizzuto told NJ Advance Media Tuesday.

In a video taken by Rizzuto and sent to NJ Advance Media, Wojciak can be seen blocking traffic wearing a MAGA hat and wig. He gets out of the car and simulates sex acts to the camera before performing Nazi salutes and driving away.

Judge Describes 'Alarming' Pizza Delivery as Threats Increase​

Judge J. Michelle Childs of the Washington appeals court said she received an unsolicited Domino’s pizza delivered to her home, as Donald Trump and his allies have publicly targeted federal judges who have ruled against the administration’s actions.

The judge, who is also president of the Federal Judges Association, said she mentioned the incident at a meeting with federal judges later that week. A few weeks after that, she said judges learned from the Marshals Service, the agency that protects federal judges, that others had received pizzas too.

Judge Stephen R. Bough, of the Kansas City federal trial court, said on the podcast that Childs wasn’t the first judge to get a pizza, and Supreme Court justices have also received them.

DOJ Threatened Ex-Employee with Armed Marshals to Prevent Her from Exposing Mel Gibson’s Gun Rights Case​

Emails between Liz Oyer, the former Pardon Attorney, and the DOJ show that the department was preparing to use law enforcement to prevent her from testifying at a public event about the controversy surrounding Gibson’s gun rights restoration. Oyer, who was fired after resisting pressure from the Trump administration to recommend Gibson’s gun rights be reinstated, had planned to speak at a forum organized by prominent Democrats, including Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.).

The letter from the DOJ made it clear that the department did not want Oyer to speak about her firing or internal deliberations on Gibson’s case.

Bromwich strongly rejected this argument, pointing out that Oyer had the legal right to speak as a whistleblower, protected under federal law. He argued that the DOJ’s claims of executive privilege were baseless and that privilege could never be used to cover up misconduct.

A 66-year-old Oklahoma man who wanted to “make church great again” has been arrested for allegedly killing a Catholic priest, fatally shooting the 57-year-old victim just outside of the church rectory in Kansas last week.

For example, Hermesch in August, 2021 wrote the newspaper a letter extolling Trump’s leadership.

“Let’s not sweat the small stuff, though, maybe if we just follow Donald Trump’s example we’ll ‘make the Church great again,'” the letter stated. “So why are things headed south like a runaway freight train? Simple. The faith is not being taught. Now is that equality and tolerance of other religions, or what?”

Rivers allegedly told police that her daughter's teacher had given an assignment dealing with same-sex relationships. The teacher told police the assignment was about flags, and that she brought up the flags of several countries and states before referencing the flag in her classroom, which is a rainbow flag with the words "be kind" on it.

Rivers withdrew her daughter from the school on April 9, but she went to the school to complain anyway. When officers responded, one of them saw a gun holstered at Rivers' waist and took it. Possessing a handgun on school property is a felony in Indiana.

Simi Valley woman goes on racist rant, accused of knocking pregnant street vendor to the ground​

"I told you not to come down this street anymore and I (expletive) meant it," the woman told the vendor. "You bring down my property values."

Julie Christine Sanchez, 56, is accused of pushing the cart into the street vendor, causing her to fall. Police say Sanchez confronted the vendor, Mary, over concerns of "operating without a permit and allegedly selling unsafe food."

In the video, Sanchez also says "get out of my neighborhood" and "speak English" before ramming the cart into Mary.

Ex-MS Coast police officer accused of assaulting 74-year-old female protester​

Police arrested Craig DeRouche, 64, for allegedly assaulting a woman during an encounter on Highway 90 at Jeff Davis Avenue. He is charged with a second misdemeanor charge of assault by threat for allegedly threatening a man who reported that he saw the alleged attack and tried to intervene, Seal said.

According to Seal, the protester, identified as a 74-year-old woman, was holding a protest sign supporting the right to due process under the U.S. Constitution for Americans before the assault occurred.

The woman, a Navy veteran, is now in stable condition in a local hospital.
