Finding stuff ≠ missing link.
It's your faith between the links that I'm talking about.
One finds an A, then finds a Z and assumes there's a B → Y between them.
Later they find a T and an F and claim that was to be expected.
That's still a lot of faith in the alphabet.
Then, as disappointment begins to creep in, someone makes the point that the alphabet need not even exist for evolution to be true.
That's even making your faith stronger.
Stronger than dirt!
Because it is hard to take people seriously when they are acting like a couple 9 year old boys arguing over who gets the last cookie.
Are you having fun yet?
Tons of fun. You're on my ignore list now, bye.

Ask a question, receive an answer.Wonderful, but I don't care about that on this thread.
Ask a question, receive an answer.
You haven't asked me for any advice but I'll offer some anyway: if someone takes the trouble to reply to your questions, acknowledge them gracefully even if their answers weren't what you were expecting. It's good for relationship-building.
Because if God doesn't believe in a common ancestor, neither do I.Wonderful, just explain why retroviral DNA evidence does not confirm a common ancestor between humans and apes.
Because if God doesn't believe in a common ancestor, neither do I.
And for the record, Solomon had apes imported.
1 Kings 10:22 For the king had at sea a navy of Tharshish with the navy of Hiram: once in three years came the navy of Tharshish, bringing gold, and silver, ivory, and apes, and peacocks.
Possibly for study.
Ecclesiastes 12:12 And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.
And concluded [prescience] evolution to be wrong.
Ecclesiastes 7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
Notice where evolution is considered an "invention," not a "discovery" as evolutionists would have us think?
Because if God doesn't believe in a common ancestor, neither do I.
Stating the obvious often times is insulting. Or do you often remark on how fat people are?
So when you go on and on about how they should've dispatched the CSI team and taken DNA samples, you were being quite rude to me.
You say that Jesus would not have left bloody footprints because he was washed... but his wounds were still there, or do you not know the story of Doubting Thomas looking at those holes? Sure, rigor mortis would likely have set in, stopping the bleeding, but then Jesus wouldn't be able to walk, would he? So if he was ALIVE, his blood would be FLOWING, and with OPEN WOUNDS he would BLEED. Duh!
OK--suckered back in for one last time but don't quote me again I don't want any more alerts!!
No, I don't call people fat---that would be calling the kettle black as I am fat, too!!!
Yes, I was being very sarcastic, one of my greatest flaws which I have tried for years to curb but some people just really bring it out in me and you're the lucky winner this time! It will take me a little while, however, to be truly repentant!!
Of course His wounds were still there, He showed them to Thomas---He wasn't standing there pouring out blood though was He?! DUH, Indeed!! He was the Divine Son of the Most High God, He was resurrected from the dead--completely healed, restored to a glorified body and the wounds are kept there to remind us of the price He paid not to supply the floor with blood!!! May you become closely acquainted with Him and be able to see those wounds for yourself. I will now make your evening and "eclipse" myself! Bye!!
Thank you for that explanation.Evolution is hard for me to prove if you don't look up the facts I'm providing. I'll give you a brief summary:
Virus burrows into an animal's DNA to allow itself to be copied. For some reason (remember, the virus doesn't exactly have a brain), the virus does not initiate the next step after it is copied. It is now a permanent part of that cell's DNA. Suppose this cell is a gamete (sperm or egg cell). Suppose further that this gamete is used in reproduction. Then the offspring has the signature of this virus in every cell of its body; i.e., the virus' DNA is now stained onto the animal's DNA. We call this a marker. Eventually, we use these markers to identify common ancestry. If you reject this, you're not fit to serve on a jury.
The earth is 4.57 billion years old, but has only been in existence for just over 6000 years.Nihilist Virus said:Can I also assume you believe in a young earth? As in under 10,000 years?
I'm the next best thing to a YEC.Nihilist Virus said:I love engaging in people like this.
Because God created their light first, then the source of that light, the star itself.Nihilist Virus said:Can you explain why we see stars that are billions of lightyears away?
It's not a radius of 10,000 light years.Nihilist Virus said:Can you explain how over a thousand trillion trillion stars can fit into a sphere of radius 10,000 lightyears?

The doppler effect shows these galaxes moving away (red), but apparently Andromeda is moving toward us (blue).Nihilist Virus said:the redshift of all galaxies in the universe with the exception of Andromeda,

Yes, and they all spoke Jacobean English until the Tower of Babel incident and Jacobean English went bye-bye.Also I find this to be interesting. Languages are commonly agreed to have common ancestry, right? You agree that the dialects of Chinese have the same common root, and that if you go back further they have the same common root with Japanese? You agree that English and Spanish, etc, have a common ancestor?
But you can't. The Bible clearly lays out how different languages came about in the story of the Tower of Babel.
I've already supplied multiple responses. I suppose they're not what you were hoping for. Sorry, but I'm too lazy to go back, investigate them, and summarize them. What is your actual answer to the OP?
I asked why no one cared to pay a visit after Easter Sunday. It's clearly laid out in the OP. You are reading some kind of slant into it.
Suppose this is all true. Suppose that's how Jesus' resurrected body works. HOW WERE THEY SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT BACK THEN? How were they supposed to know how it worked when they had never seen a resurrection before? Again, why no investigation of this monumental, earth shattering claim?
First of all I have posted questions to you about comments you made that support my “slant” on your position of which you have no answer to give.
Secondly, your argument is flimsy at best. Making the comment “The complete lack of an investigation for a miraculous event is in fact evidence that no miracle occurred in the first place.” is in fact a fallacy. You insert your own unsubstantiated opinion and call it fact. You calling it a fact does not make it so.
Thirdly you split hairs once you found out that the answer is, in fact, recorded in Matthew.
There were guards posted by the “skeptics” who also sealed the sepulcher for the very reason to prevent someone access to remove Jesus’s body and announce that Jesus had risen from the dead. The guards remained there up to and just after the sepulcher was opened.
Matthew 28:11 says “some of the watch“ went to report to the priest indicating that some must have stayed behind. If all you have is your opinion that because the priest didn’t investigate the sepulcher themselves or send someone after the guards made their report then it must not have happened, you have absolutely nothing to base this flimsy opinion on.
This is why you refuse to answer my questions.
