Don't worry, I know it's kind of hard & confusing when you first get started here....it gets easier, I promise!!!

The "thumbs up" button that we're using is in the 2nd row of icons underneath the users screen name in their message. It is almost right in the middle of that 2nd row of icons.

This is what it looks like ----------->

If you click on that brown thumbs up icon of anyone's post, then a separate box will open, allowing you to type in a short message. When you submit that, you have added to that person's reputation.

I know it's frustrating to learn all this, but did that help you?!?!?!?
