Sorry for the delay on this, I had to confer with Erwin, and he was away this weekend.
The recall protocol is removed from the faq, as it is in violation of the staff positions. Ie, it changes nyj's role. Members should modify the wiki as they see fit, and new snap shots will be taken. Any petition's in progress are not invalidated, but only put on hold, until a new protocol is published.
The exception to this, would be if the petition criteria in the wiki changes and/or the new petition process is significantly different.
My apologies to everyone for not catching the error before I took the snap shot. Also thank you to nyj, for catching the error.
