I'm not too sure what you mean by this question.

Could you elaborate, please?

Jesus is the Word of God. Meaning God our Father create us to be His Child by this Word that He made flesh. So the Jesus of Scripture was not the Real Son. Or was He?

Of COURSE Jesus is truly God made flesh.

The Biblical statement "The Word was made flesh" doesn't mean the Bible was made flesh or that Jesus is the perfect embodiment of everything in the Bible.

Is this the misconception you were laboring under?

Jesus is actually The Word made flesh. He was not the Son made flesh.

John 1
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

This makes us the Sons being born of God.

John 1
11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.
12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 1 says that the Word IS God.

Therefore, He is the Word or Son made flesh.

Jesus is the Father that "put on flesh".

John 14
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
