  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Nope, the main plot when it started out was just to be travellers, and after passing through teh main hardest place, the pass, we would reach the armies, which are in complete disarray, and then bring them back to save Duria from it's curse. You might want to look at the first few pages, just ignore my error of my character being named Eroket. That's my runescape character.....))

Yeah, now would be a good time to jump in. Oh by the way, I got a PM from Firefall. He is making a map of Christia and asked if I wanted anything special, I told him to include Dagnir Pass, but anything else we should note? It's a big privelage that he is doing this, hoping to make something outta it ;).

You would have to tell him yourself, not sure if he will accept things not already in rpgs..

Besides that, I have done a bit of map research, and found out basically what we are doing in this quest. We have almost fully crossed from the capital of Te'rithil in the deep elven forests of Oialasse to the mountains in the north which are on the border between Oialasse and Laurealda. In those mountains is a pass with the name of Dagnir, which means bane. Beyond that is the armies we are in need of to liberate Duria, which is a fictional section of land south-west of the capital, near where the great river bends and the forest ends. So anyways, I basically just figured out that I should have read a lot more about Oialasse before I did an RPG in it...

Yeah, I go around doing the finger thing. And talking like I'm drunk and what not. It's funny. But other times I'm normal. I actually got drunk before. Guess how I did, and what I drank. It wasn't alcohol though, so there's a hint.

Awesome, I have read all of her Tortall books, (even Terrier, in case you haven't read it, it's very highly ranked in my likings) and I am workin on her Circle of Magic ones, which I only started a month ago and have read about 4 of. I have read each of the books in Kel's series at least 4 times, with Lady Knight and Squire being ranked the highest at around 10 or so times... yes I like her books quite a bit.
