That's ridiculous.Are we all supposed to get out there and evangelize? If I were to preach as often as the typical pastor counsels, I would end up contradicting James' advice:
"Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry" (James 1)

The point is that the prophet doesn't just "go out there" and do it. He KNOWS by direct revelation when Jesus has SENT him to go out and do it.
