Right the BIOLOGICAL theory of evolution helps us discover how our BIOLOGICAL bodies work. The medical field is exactly where I would expect the most useful effects of evolution to be found.

What is important is that if evolution were not true, then the results of those studies would not work. But they do.

Your creationist sources have misinformed you. They will do this. They will feed you a steady diet of lies, half-truths, mis-statements and straw men. Oh, and of course, out of context and often incorrect quotes.

And what I find amusing is that when the YEC's do track down a scientists who disagrees with some of evolutionary teaching, they present it as if the matter is still the subject of serious debate among scientists.

If you take 10,000 scientists, I would be amazed if you did NOT find a handful who disagree with ANY theory of science. That is just the odds when dealing with thinking people. But if they are going to quote scientists as opposing evolution, any intellectually honest person would also point out that only 0.15% of scientists in relevant fields of study around the world believe in the teachings of Creation "Science", as I cited in another thread.
