  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The potter.

I have been wondering why God created me to be male instead of female. I have came to the conclusion that I think God molded me to be able to handle male things and knew that female things were hard too handle for me. For it takes someone to be female that is a person special in God’s eyes. God created me and molded me to be male and He makes no mistakes.

I had the thoughts of me wondering what if I was a girl. And it sounded good because as a girl I would have been able to express my emotions in a more prevailed form and act "cute" when I feel like it. As men who do that in our society can be tied with bad labels, not that I care what society believes, but it is the truth, it doesn't sound right for a man to act this way. But then I noticed that I'm better off this way (as masculine).

Masculine attributes are masculine attributes. Feminine attributes are feminine attributes. Both are critically important. In fact, life without either of the two would have been hell. So let us do our part in embracing our valuable masculine attributes and in fulfilling our duty as much as we can. :)

I'm also sure that our need for feminine attributes inside ourselves will be gone once we receive those feminine attributes from the right person (2nd half).

I was always happy being a woman. During my time in the workforce women were encouraged to behave as men to get ahead. But it never made sense in my mind.

My sensibilities are overtly feminine. I don’t want to respond like a man. Or walk in his shoes and take on the challenges he carries. I’ve been spared of that and I’m glad.

I have the freedom to decide what I’ll carry. I’m not expected to take on everything without complaint or regret.
