Another thing about hell > it is not meant to be used as a threat!!

Jesus Himself, even while He was being hated and cursed and tortured and murdered . . . "did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously;" (in 1 Peter 2:23)

And this is our example

So, instead of being very busy with the subject of hell, or feeling threatened by it, it is good to give most of our attention to how to follow the example of Jesus.

Broken Hill . . . in case you are referring to my post, I offer that I am not mocking Doc's use of his word "like". He says he likes to use it; so I was writing to him with his way of communicating. If Doc objects to how I have used his word, I will be glad to edit out how I have been communicating with him.

You made good points in the post, but that part of it came off completely facetious. I just don't think it was appropriate personally.

I think using 1 Cor. 9 is a stretch here. He would have understood your post without adding a bunch of unnecessary "likes"s.
