My Job update:

Hi folks

I could really do with some prayer support right now regarding my job.

I have been set up for dismissal or at least that is how it seems to me! My team leader has sent to one of the directors an allegation that appears to suggest gross negligence on my part, and although it is all fabricated my company have a history of getting people out of post rather than investigate them properly!

I have protested my innocence but I am currently suspended pending the results of an investigation. They have retrieved my laptop computer (as part of the allegation involves internet usage at work).

I am quite calm about the evidence they can find as there is none, but I am anxious because my employer is not very tolerant and when employees get too much trouble (like I am now) he tends to get rid of them!

So I crave prayer for peace of heart for me and my family, for vindication of my innocence, and for the grace to cope with what ever comes over the next few weeks.

sooo... I may be making a life changing decision and changing my internship... soo... prayer would be good... heh... who knew I might decide going into my 4th year that I don't want to be a worship pastor! *shrugs* I might still... but I don't want to be the type of worship pastor that sits through meetings of a board that try and decide things that don't even pertain to what I should be worried about...

Hi family

Just to keep you up to date on my work situation - there is nothing new from my current employer - he is still carrying out his investigations, but I have arranged two interviews this week with similar companies in the London area who seem keen to have me join their teams!

The first is tomorrow at around 4.00 pm (UK time) and I would really like to get that job - because I know the Chairman of the company quite well and would get along with him - I think!

The second is on Wednesday at 1.30 pm (UK time).

So if you could find a moment to pray for those I would really appreciate it! Thanks

Hehe! It was wonderful. He took me to a famous store that sells hundreds of guitars. Because I play guitar and love guitars. And that was just really neat. We then proceeded to get lost on the highway. He is living in the area we were in for College, but doesn't know it like the back of his hand sort. But I just told him it was because we were talking all the time and he was getting distracted.

He then took me out for Ice cream, and we had this custard ice cream. I had never had it before, but it was delicious. Then! We went to a really, really nice park by the water. And we found this amazing climbing tree. It was huge, and we were able to get up in it. And we must have been in that tree for over an hour walking around in it, and just talking about life.

After that, he took me out to dinner. And again, it was just lovely. All of our friends tease us, since we are not "Dating" but we hang out like this. I really think it's great, dating will come when it's Gods time. Not ours. And I am really happy with the pace we are going at right now.

Also! I move in 5 days for school. I am really excited.

Papa: I am praying for you and you're Job. The Lord will take care of it all for you.

I just noticed that we have an application from HeyHomie to be on the Ministry Team as a Mod on Childfree Forum.

Now it seems that the rules for that forum have been set up to exclude all members that do not post in Childfree from voting, but I happen to know that the site wide rules allow for all Staff to vote in all elections.

So I am calling on you all to go in there and cast your votes. i have stated my opinion of him and his suitablity (IMO) to join the Ministry Team, and while I do not wish to try to influence you in your choice I would point out that it will be you that has to tidy up the mess he can create by being on team!

Yes it is the best part. But I am sure there are better things to come.

I am a bit nervous, but not to bad. Just more excited to get out and spread my wings. I start the 19th, it's starts a little later then some schools. Since it is a Ministry School, it is run a bit differently.
