As to the resurrection, he was not a Sadducee was he? Nope.
The gospels contrast the two sects by that belief. John the baptist was not a Pharisee. Sadducee and Pharisee were Sects, which had divided the kingdom. The two offices of Priests and Judges were corrupted by their sectarian division. Moses did not establish Sadducees and pharisees. He established Priests and judges.
