Most companies that don't deal in MMO have their own testers, so I doubt there will be a sign up for beta testing it.

I did a little digging. It's still pretty watered down information which means it can change at any time, but their projected date that they gave in interview was 2010.

You mean mods? Yeah, I have over 150 in the game. Quite a few stuffed up the game, too.

I tried installing a few mods, I wasn't thrilled with the results so I uninstalled it.

Had no idea Oblivion had a beta. I find it odd that a company would give away copies of the game for testing. Were there limitations?

I been on a few sites but I cant seem to find female clothes

Thats the mod site, and on most of the mods you'll find directions for installing them into the game. If you can't, then open the Zipped file (after download), and unzip everything into Oblivion/Data.

Before you download clothing, I would highly suggest downloading a body mesh mod (eg. Bab's or Exnems). Bab's is quite popular and you can get a ton of clothing for it, and the body mesh itself is realistically proportioned. Thats the one I use. Eshme's is being phased out and Exnems is pretty much male eye candy.

I love Oblivion! I've got just over 270 hours logged in the PS3 version, and probably around 100 hours on the PC version. Wayyyy too much.

Probably the best site for Morrowind and Oblivion mods is Planet Elder Scrolls. Downloaders can rate mods from 1-10, and the site keeps track of the top-rated mods and newly posted ones.

Gotta love the Balmora Expanded and Passive Wildlife mods for Morrowind. Some of the Oblivion ones look sweet as well (especially Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul), but my computer is relatively ancient and cannot handle Oblivion for PC.

I play it on the 360 so I don't use mods. I like uesp.net for my Oblivion website.

OOO is quite a big one, along with Marts Monster Mod. grab Ren's Beauty Pack while you're at it, and the unofficial oblivion patch. They're main ones.

I just uninstalled it because it had become unstable with too many incompatible mods but I plan to reinstall soon and limit the mods I use. Actually I'm way overdue on an OS reinstall.
