Good Job Simon in posting this video!
The outrageous accusations of not just Word of Faith Preachers but other God fearing Preachers as well need to be pointed out.

By running together her comments and deleting what she really said, they are concocting lies and slander.

They are slick in the manner used it takes investigation to catch them, and this gossip turns many away from God's Church.

Okay, here's one on Joyce Meyer. Regardless of what you think of her ministry, it's wrong to lie and misrepresent her. One apologetics site says that she teaches that you can't go to heaven unless you believe that Jesus went to hell. They "proved" that she said that by taking two statements that she made and running them together, omitting a paragraph in between. There was also a story about her owning at $23,000 toilet. In fact it was a chest of drawers, aka a "commode". Here's the video.

Excellent observation Simon and I definitely recognize the apologist who wrote the "screen caption" part in an attempt to falsely claim Joyce Meyer's "so-called" teaching on the bold quote above. (Not necessary to reveal the source at this time). He still carries his article on his website with no corrections. Anyway, thanks for bringing it up for the clarification of what she really taught and...about her "toilet."

This may be about the time that Senator Charles Grassley's (R), probed and investigated 6 or so ministries some years ago for possible misuse of donations. Joyce Meyer was one of the few that "fully" cooperated with the senators investigation. Of course, this was started by a particular Christian watch-dog group. No surprise!

The end result was that Grassley's investigation finished with no penalties (including) the ones who did not fully cooperate and found NO definitive instances of wrongdoing, the Associated Press had reported at the time.

Sometimes you'll hear WoF critics make the claim that Kenneth Hagin took his theology from E. W. Kenyon and Kenyon took his theology from New Thought metaphysical theology. In this video you'll see that Kenneth Hagin's theology was well established during his first 14 years of ministry before he ever heard of E. W. Kenyon.

I do not follow Osteen, but I am Word of Faith in doctrine.
But this Rudy poo bashing is typical of the group he mentions at the beginning.

This abuser of Christianity is simply a liar,I have studied Kenneth E Hagin for years and he has always qualified his statements on Faith being based on God's Word.
Hagin stated many times for us to stand on The Word of God and believe for your needs or healing.

He has grouped a dichotomous bunch together calling them all Word of Faith.

What grabbed me is his qoute from Cathloics??
I believe this man should practice what he preaches,he should use the example of the rich young ruler and give up all his worldly possessions, and be a holy poor as dirt man.
He does not understand the contextual intent of the rich young ruler ,he uses God's word to blasphemy with the intention of harm.

The closers to the light we are the hotter it gets, the man equated faith to mystic practice and I suppose he cut Mark chapter 11 out because of Christ teaching on saying to the mountain.
I have to leave this trash behind it kindled my anger and I am trying not to sin.

There is nothing in the fluid in His body that in any way in itself could save us."
"When the New Testament refers to salvation by His blood, it is not talking about salvation by His fluid; it uses blood as a metaphor or a synonym for death because it conveys the violence of it."
"Blood is a euphemism for His death."
John MacArthur Defends Himself on the Blood of Christ

Here is a highly esteemed critic of Word of Faith

Hank Hanegraaff said that Mark 11:22 does not mean "the God kind of faith" as Kenneth Hagin and other WoF teachers claim, and he cites the great Greek bible scholar A. T. Robertson to support his point. In this video you'll see how Robertson actually stated that the literal meaning of the Greek is in fact "the God kind of faith", and that it's translated "faith in God" because of the context.
