Actually no. I used to be painfully shy. I guess I taught myself to keep the conversation going a long time ago. Finding some common ground with people helps keep awkward pauses that make everyone uncomfortable at bay...don't you think?

There is a local place that is not a chain. They have a wonderful hazelnut chicken which I have never seen anywhere else.
I also like Cracker Barrell and Olive Garden.

The 24th of February, we went to see The Passion of Christ. Too long ago! We are going to Branson the 17-20th and I can't wait. We are taking our bibles for some praise & worship in the Ozark Mountains and really that is the whole plans we have made for our trip~other than that we are just winging it. Not sure why I told y'all this, Temporary Insanity, I suppose.

Do you ever feel like you are an alien to this planet

because you can't find any commonality between yourself and anyone else you talk to? (I know that was an over dramatisation...but for effect it suits how I feel most of the time)

Yes I feel like that quite a lot, actually! Sometimes it feels like I don't have anything in common with anyone. But that makes it all the more special when I meet someone that I have quite a bit in common with. And one day, I will not be on this planet anymore and will be with God, so I guess that right now...I am an alien to this planet, just visiting...my real home is up with Him.
