Actually, I usually get very sick when I travel. Which is more than a little frustrating, considering my deap desire to see what I've never seen before in the world.

Yes, I'm often called upon to organize peoples closetts. (something I really don't enjoy doing for them, by the way. Fibber Magee's clossets most of them. )

Do you think just because you carry a purse, it's right for everyone you're with to expect you to hold their stuff for them? (I say, pack it in, pack it out...I'm not your pack mule. ...I have enough back problems without carrying around everyone elses stuff..I pack light for a reason.)

Since I happen to be the right gender, I thought I'd answer this one. It is so wrong for people to expect that. If I am going someplace that requires walking most of the day, like the zoo or a big shopping trip or something, I would love to not carry a purse at all, but can rarely get away with that. I will take just the bare necessities on such an occassion, and I really wouldn't appreciated other people expecting me to carry stuff for them.

Thank you K. I appreciate that. After a whole day at the zoo or a long shopping trip...a purse gets so heavy, it makes my back and shoulders ache, and it makes me so tired. I would love to not have to carry a purse either. I try to travel light, so that I won't have these problems. And I just feel so bad saying "no" it makes me feel like a big selfish uncaring meanie. And it's not really that at all. It's just that the older I get, the harder it is. I wish people would understand that without my having to play the bad guy. I don't like that roll.

Yes, I help my children and my husband organize their time, often. When I was a manager, I used to help the people in my department organize their time as well. But, it's always been more of a brainstorming type of discussion between all parties involved to find what will work the best for them. I don't like anyone to organize my time. I just can't conform to other peoples time tables. It stresses me out.

No, I don't. I'd rather buy the book I want to read and take my time. I can't just sit and read for hours on end like I used to. My eyes get very tired.
