However, if that were the case then why is it that tebel, that also means globe, is used 4 times in Isaiah alone if there are no globe earth verses in the Bible?

Isaiah 40:22 does not use tebel, and tebel (meaning 'world') is used in other places in Isaiah, neither does it use duwr.
The word for circle was therefore chosen, when it is clear, in the same book, that the author has words to describe a sphere,
he did not choose those words because the Lord does not sit above a sphere, He sits above the circle of the land beneath Him.

Yes, but not always. Lightning is unpredictable, but very often the charge difference between cloud and ground causes a low current "leader" from the ground to the cloud. That ionizes the air and makes a low resistance path from the cloud to the ground. If ever you are near a storm and you feel your hair stand on end, find shelter immediately. It's a good sign that lightning is about to strike.
