  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yeah, and people from different religions claim the same things. You should try taking acid and see what happens...

I'm not saying you're experiences are not genuine, I'm just saying it wouldn't hurt to analyze them a little more closely. The brain can do pretty trippy stuff, believe me I know.
too bad I wasn't taking acid, and yeah the not the same thing happens to other religions, although sometimes people of other religions gets attacked by demons , but just not in the way that I do, and it's the same demons doing the deception on them, lets just say too that I have had many prayers answered that seem impossible to happen but they happened, and not to mention my experiences with scripture, you do know that the holy spirit is only a christian thing right ? before that I wasn't really any religion, you should study more into those types of experiences and demonolgy a little more then come back and tell me what you find out

I wasn't implying that you were on acid during these religious experiences. I was saying that the brain can do weird things under the right circumstances, and takings drugs is one example.

As someone who is in into BDSM, I can understand the emotional power of completely surrendering to something. Many people who practice bondage claim to feel a drunk sensation during the middle of play, similar to people who claim to be drunk on the holy ghost.

I've heard a person into BDSM say that after an intense play session it is recommended that they find someone who can drive them home, because you tend to feel drunk and really out of it. These experiences can last for a couple of days. I've heard Christians say the same exact thing, almost word for word.

People pray all the time, if you did the math you'd find most of them are dead wrong. A few coincidences were bound to happen. It would be strange if they didn't.

if more than one person sees the same spirit at the same time what do you call that ? because lets see four of us had seen a spirit at the same time, and one of the guys said he felt like he was stabbed with a Ice sickle in the back, do you call that mass delusion or something ? well if you lived in the haunted house I lived in , it would change your mind about things real quick, and none of us were on drugs, will you just accept that something paranormal happens every now and again, ? quick question, have you ever seen some of the ghost shows on tv, have you ever heard of evps ? have you ever seen a ghost ? and yes it is true most of them are hoaxes made by atheist, but for the ones that are not, what do you do with them ?

 I love that movie, the return of the Dragon.

What's not to love? I mean, Bruce Lee fights Chuck Norris! At the Coliseum! After he takes on the mafia!

They say Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee could never fight in real life, because the world would implode; it would be like dividing by zero.
