It also says men are to submit:

Hebrews 13:17
Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they keep watch over your souls as those who will give an account. Let them do this with joy and not with grief, for this would be unprofitable for you.​

I tell any man who wants his wife to submit to him that he should be submitting to his pastor and/or elders to the same degree.

Only submit to Jesus. I wouldn't submit to any pastors. They are just men. I only submit to Jesus. But, I understand your point.
