I'd have to say in my 44 year's on earth I've come to some conclusion's about people. One of these conclusions is how our wants are a destructive force.

We want more than what we need & the lust for more & more destroys us from the inside out. You see it in children as they will throw a tantrum when they can't get what they want. It's this behavior that we don't shake, and take into our adult life.

Yet our tantrums become focused & deadly attack's against other people to get what we want. We have made a world that is centred around our every want, and it is ripping apart the whole of society.

Left to our own devices, we certainly would rip apart the whole of society. Nuclear weapons would have destroyed everything by now. The Lord somehow manages to steer us away from that.
