I also love the show. It showed that a show could entertain without the stuff that a majority of the shows now-a-days contain.
My fav episode(s) is where Ms. Oleson adopts Nancy...amazing that they could another "Nellie" to help keep the show going.

I also remember that there was a remake a couple of years ago, but it didn't last too long. The newer version also left Carrie out. It was decent enough, but it was not the same.

My roommate and I watch this show all the time. It is one of the best shows ever made!
