The Life of a clone.

"They think I'm MIA I believe. Not that anyone cares. They could just make another me." Drew sighed. "The Emperor is phasing out clones too. He doesn't trust us anymore. So I'd imagine we aren't going to be here much longer. I don't know what's going to happen to us though." Drew started to frown. "How close are we?"

 

[AdmiralMH]

"If they do away with their own troops, it at least had better not be a violent way I hope." MH said nothing more to avoid arousing suspicion about himself. He was pretty sure that the Empire already thought badly of him.

 

[Kyle_]

"We are near... MAn That storm is getting bad..

"I don't know if it's going to be a non-violent way. Probably not. Why would the ruthless empire go to the trouble of being humane? Why would you think they would? You think there's an advantage?" Drew said as he cringed with the wind blowing heavily in his face. "Step on it trooper!!" He shouted as he noticed the speeder waving back and forth due to the wind. Thunder crackled violently. "Off the speeder, now!" Drew yelled as he rolled off putting his helmet on and taking cover behind a tree with his roll.

MH, hearing Drew said, quickly leaned to one side of the speeder and let go to let him roll sideways after ground contact, he hit a rock and got a bruise on his hand but it wasn't bad. MH got up and looked for the speeder and Jade but saw trees instead, and supposed that he went past them. MH felt a raindrop hit his head as he looked back to find Drew behind a tree. "Get away from the tree! There is lightning near you know." MH shouted to Drew across the distance. He then removed his metalic armor since his personal shield was destroyed by the rebels in the pile of his gear, but kept the radio (from the rebel) and his non-metalic armor on. So that if he did get struck somehow, the metal wouldn't make it worse. His hand hurt a little while he took off his armor, but he shook it off.

MH then went to Drew. "Are you alright? We had better go find Jade and hope he's ok."

 

[Kyle_]

"Yes sir.."

 

[AdmiralMH]

"Oh, there you are, nevermind about that then. Is the speeder still intact? We will have to walk back otherwise." MH asked hearing what Jade had said.

 

[Kyle_]

"Umm.. Yes sir"

 

[APY]

Drew moved away from the tree. "Look again." He said looking at the burnt crisp that used to be a speeder. "Land mine. I saw it just in front of us. If you had gotten off a split second later you would have gone with it. If that was a rebel mine. How did it survive the bombardment? Odd, but things like that happen. There might be more, look out."

"Commander, my arm, I was shot!

Hearing the word "shot", MH instinctively took cover at a nearby tree. "The detonation might have attracted the rebels. Call for reinforcements and be sure to mention the mines. Does anyone have a spare weapon?" MH looked around and thought he caught a glimpse of a camouflaged figure in the distance. He wasn't about to report him, since MH wanted to get away instead, but needed to cause some distraction so he could do so. "Watch..." MH received a knock-out blow to the head and couldn't finish his sentence. He fell to the ground, unconscious.

 

[Kyle_]

Jade drove by and gave MH the blaster in his holster

Drew hearing the blaster fire in the distance ran behind a rock and knelt down. "You got a sniper rifle left on you Jade?" Drew pulled out his blaster. " I think I see the sniper. I can't make the hit from here with this." Drew mumbled as he looked at his com. "Shoot! I must have damaged it when I jumped off the speeder."

 

[Kyle_]

"Bummer aye general!"

Drew pulled MH behind the rock. "MH, MH, you okay?" Drew said as he shook MH. "Jade you got a com on you?" Drew inquired urgently as he looked to see if MH had one. Shots whistled by. Drew received a shot to the arm. Drew gave a short cry of pain. "Get out of here. That's an order! I'll give you cover fire." Drew said clenching his teeth and holding his arm.

 

[Kyle_]

"No Sir!" Jade went past Drew, Trying to shoot the opponent! "Ahh!" Jade was shot again, but this time it was in the leg! "Commander, I will give YOU cover! GO!!"

 

[APY]

Drew tackled Jade. "Stay down!" Drew barked "I'm going to see if the sniper rifle survived the blast." Drew crawled over to the former speeder and started looking for anything that could help. Drew saw a glimpse of a red cross. "A first aid-" Drew pulled out a blackened bag that used to be a first aid kit. "-kit. Well, it used to be." Drew continued searching. "Binoculars, these won't help alot. Jade, has MH come to?" Drew using the binoculars looked for the sniper. "Found him! He's got strange armor, and an imperial issued rifle!"

 

[Kyle_]

"Um.. Sir.. he is still hurt and he won't be in for a while!"

"Great!" Drew said sarcastically. "You got a grenade Jade?" ((lqtm, that rhymed))
