Jesus laid down several laws that replaced several of the laws of Moses.

What Sam said in his OP can be proven as biblical facts.
Sam is probably a sabbatarian like yourselves, why not let him express himself without insults or highjacking his intent?

You guys act like the laws at sinai and what Jesus spoke of are somehow different. The principles are exactly the same, its only the application that changed... type vs antitype.

Jesus did not speak arbitrarily during His ministry but by the Fathers instruction through the Holy Spirit... the same voice that spoke to Moses on the mountain. So, either the Father changed His mind on the rules for mankind or He didn't....

None who understand according to his own wisdom. But certainly it is meant to be understood. However, it will be by the leading of the Holy Spirit and not the individual opinions of man.

Not sure that we disagree. However, I do become concerned when we conclude that some men understand more than others. In my mind, that is like saying that some men are less sinful than others.
