Ep 1:

4 even as [the Father] chose us in [Jesus] before [πρὸ] the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5 he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will.
The Father, through Jesus, predestined us for eternal life before the foundation of the world.

1 Peter 1:

18 knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, 19 but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. 20 He was foreknown before the foundation of the world but was made manifest in the last times for the sake of you.
The Father foreknew the precious blood of the Lamb before the foundation of the world, before Christ showed himself to the disciples.

New Living Translation, Re 13:

8 And all the people who belong to this world worshiped the beast. They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life that belongs to the Lamb who was slaughtered before the world was made.
Grammatically from the Greek, NLT was possible, but was the Lamb physically slain before the world was made?

Probably not. Berean Literal Bible:

And all dwelling on the earth will worship it, of whom their names have not been written from [ἀπὸ] the founding of the world in the book of life of the Lamb having been slain.
BLB's translation was more consistent with Ep 1:4 and 1P 1:20. Paul, Peter, and John all understood that Jesus was not literally slain before the creation of the world, but rather that his death on the cross was part of God's eternal plan of redemption since (ἀπὸ) the foundation of the world.

Jesus was not slain before the earth was made, He was slain almost 2,000 years ago. I think the NASB has it right:

Revelation 13:8 All who live on the earth will worship him, everyone whose name has not been written since the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been slaughtered.

It is the book of life that began to be written since the foundation of the world and it is "the book of life of the Lamb who has been slaughtered".
