  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Deut. 18: 15 - 19 Speaks of the Lord as prophet when He was on earth.

Isaiah 9: 6 & 7 Yes on the throne of David, means that the Lord will rule from on high through those He appoints. A man called David will be king over Israel, (Jer. 30: 9)

Joel 3: 16 & 17 The Lord will be in Jerusalem by His Holy Spirit.

Remember that the Father appointed the Lord Jesus to rule `far above all...in this age and also in that which is to come.` ((Eph. 1: 21 & 22)
Its thoughts like this that convinces me a false messianic age comes .. Man will put a man on the throne of David and claim by false prophets that Jesus from heaven ordained this man to reign to create a messianic age

Right?…I mean Jesus did say do not go after them that will say here is the messiah

When Jesus comes He will remain on earth for all to see …even the name YHVH reveals the truth in this matter … Behold the hand Behold the nail

Or does the name also reveal to behold Yah the man?
Y Yah
H Behold
V man
H Behold ???

Nonetheless Yahsha (Jesus) the Son of Yah (God) will be visible when He returns and will remain

And that is why the imposter YHVH the AC in the future will be worshipped because they will be awaiting YHVH to come to establish the true messianic age

That will be a lie perpetrated by false teachers and I seriously don’t see Orthodox Judaism giving Jesus any credit for their newly found messiah. If and when they find their messiah the Messianic age will be antichrist meaning against the Father and Son doctrine

The false teaching is that we do not have to live Holy before God. We are more than forgiven, we are washed and cleansed.

ALSO does not change the fact that Moses (Psalm 90:4) tells us: "A thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night." NIV

These verses are often used to highlight the transcendence of God and the limited nature of human understanding of time. They convey the idea that God exists outside the constraints of time and that what may seem like a long time to humans is but a fleeting moment in God's perspective. It's a reflection on the eternal and timeless nature of God in contrast to the finite nature of human existence.

As I mentioned earlier, following Bishop Ussher's calculations, Abraham's birth occurred approximately 2,000 years after Adam, and Jesus was born approximately 2,000 years after Abraham. When you add these two periods together, it totals 4,000 years. This biblical chronology aligns with a passage in Matthew 13:49, where Jesus speaks about the events that will occur at the end of the age: "This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous" (NIV).

Matthew talks about the end of the age 6 times. Jesus was said to be born in 4 BC & we are told he died when he was 33. That would mean the beginning of the church & thus the beginning of the church age was 29 AD. Pentecost is Fifty days after Passover.

I enjoy observing the asteroid Apophis. Rest assured, it will safely pass by Earth in both 2029 and 2036. Recent radar observations of Apophis during its flyby in March 2021 confirmed that there is no risk of an impact for at least the next century.

In 2029, Apophis will make its closest approach on Friday, April 13th, while Passover will begin at sundown on Friday, April 6th, continuing until sundown on Saturday, April 14th. So, in that year, the date of Apophis coincides with Friday, April 13th.

In the realm of faith, there are no mere coincidences. The mathematical precision found in the Bible is a testament to its exactitude. In the year 2029, the asteroid's path aligns with the start of Passover, directly over Jerusalem. Likewise, in 2036, the asteroid's trajectory takes it over Jerusalem as Passover concludes, falling on a Sunday. These alignments hold a special significance for those who find meaning in the intersection of faith and science.

Luke 21:25 tells us: "“There will be signs in the sun, moon and stars. On the earth, nations will be in anguish and perplexity at the roaring and tossing of the sea." Tyson talks about the tossing of the sea on this day. Of course he is the same person who declared Pluto is not a plant, so what does he know? He has a PhD in Astro Physics.

As I pointed out, my source is Moses, Bishop Ussher & Neil Degrasse Tyson. As well as NASA.

If the church age didn’t begin until Pentecost, what age were the disciples asking about the end of in Matthew 24:3?

How does one live Holy before God? What way is that?

Jesus told us to walk in His ways and no other man need teach us holiness . We are lead by the Spirit and walk in freedom to live as if Messiah lives in us. We are called to walk in His Halacha and no other father type or rabbi is needed for our great rabbi and father is Messiah

From the perspective of the Tabernacle. The holy of holies, a cube of 10 cubits, contained the "ark of the testimony", i.e., the oblong chest containing the two tables of stone, the pot of manna, and Aaron's rod that budded.

So we have to live in obedience to the 10 commandments, the pot of manna has to do with God's provision. Aaron's rod that budded signifies new life and growth. In your spiritual journey, strive for personal growth, transformation, and spiritual maturity. Allow your faith to "blossom" through a deeper understanding of God's ways.

God's law, God's leadership and God's provision. If you remember when they complained about the Manna.

They were living in what is usually called the Old Covenant.
Although the Temple was not torn down until 70 AD.

Daniel 9 27 tells us: " In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice and offering." There was no longer a need for sacrifice or a temple because Jesus made the sacrifice at calvery.

Why what has the law done for the Jews?

Look how their small children persecuted and disrespect anyone preaching the good news

Walking in the holiness of the law brings no justice for the weak and poor no help for the weary no remorse for humanity no mercy no forgiveness no help for the elderly

The leaders of the law are the synagogues of satan who do not worship God nor believe in Him nor do they practice what they preach but are bound to the sins of the flesh and holiness is far from their hearts and they practice idolatry and are deceivers and liars and hypocrites

Gentiles are seen as cattle and even their own are used as pawns to promote their evil agendas

The law will bring judgement for those under the law

No Jew will die for a sinner yet that is exactly what the Son of God did for humanity to save us from sins . He is the only way to the Father

And how can you say walk in the 10 commandments when the Jews say righteous gentiles must walk in noachide laws?

Would not walking in the 10 commandments condemn the gentiles who will be commanded to walk in noachide laws?

David means beloved one which is Christ the beloved one of God

God raised up Jesus from the dead to become their future king during the millennium

The laws will be the laws of the kingdom to love forgive judge not condemn not have mercy righteousness etc

You can be narrow-minded if you want, but these terms have a much wider application than you seem to understand. Back when we used dictionaries we could see how many different ways a work can be used.

The term "Kingdom Age" can have different meanings depending on the context in which it is used. In some religious or theological contexts, the Kingdom Age may refer to a period of time associated with the fulfillment of certain prophecies or the establishment of a divine kingdom on Earth. For example:
  1. Christianity: In Christian theology, the Kingdom Age may refer to a future period of time often associated with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. It is believed by some Christians that during this age, Jesus will return to Earth to establish His kingdom, and there will be a time of peace and righteousness.
  2. Messianic Judaism: Similar to some Christian beliefs, Messianic Judaism also anticipates a future Kingdom Age when the Messiah (often seen as Jesus) will reign as King over the world.
  3. Other Religions: Other religious traditions may have similar concepts of a future age of peace and spiritual fulfillment, often associated with the arrival of a messianic figure or a period of divine rule.
It's important to note that the concept of a Kingdom Age is primarily a matter of religious belief and interpretation, and its specifics can vary widely among different religious groups and individuals. In a broader historical or sociopolitical context, the term may not have a universally accepted meaning.

The phrase "the mystery hidden" is quite abstract and could refer to various concepts depending on the context in which it's used. It's not associated with a specific age or time period. However, the idea of hidden mysteries is a common theme in various religious, philosophical, and mystical traditions throughout history.
When somebody says something significant about future and has no clear text and no good argument to support the idea, only vague images and speculations, its not being narrow-minded if one does not accept that. Its being careful.

Projection is a well-known psychological defense mechanism identified by Freud and later developed by other psychologists. It refers to the tendency of individuals to attribute their own thoughts, feelings, or traits to others.

If the church age didn’t begin until Pentecost, what age were the disciples asking about the end of in Matthew 24:3?
The disciples were inquiring about the culmination of the age or era they were living in. They were asking when the temple would be torn down. That took place in 70 AD. The Arch of Titus in Rome commemorates this. Vespasian ordered the construction of the new amphitheater in the city center, funded with the spoils from the Roman siege of Jerusalem during the First Jewish-Roman War.

The construction of the Colosseum began around 70-72 AD, shortly after the capture of Jerusalem. The Flavian dynasty, which included Vespasian and Titus, played a significant role in the construction of the amphitheater, and it was named after their family name.

1As Jesus left the temple and was walking away, His disciples came up to Him to point out its buildings. 2 Do you see all these things?” He replied. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” 3While Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming and of the end of the age?”…

Got it, So you believe and assert that the Temple's 70 AD Destruction was The end of the age the disciples ashed about and the Coming of Christ to end that age is the Coming that Jesus goes on to give signs for them to watch for.

I agree.

The Bible also clearly says 1000 years is equal to a "watch in the night" (Psalm 90:4) - which is a period of 3-6 hours. Far less than a Day.
That is only half the verse. You skipped the other half.

Not one inspired writer is equating the Day of the Lord is equal to 24 hours and 24 hours is equal to the Day of the Lord. So why do you all state the Day of the Lord is a 24 hour day?

Peter pointed out that the Day of the Lord was as 1,000 years. And 1,000 years as that day.

According to you the Day of the Lord would be less than 6 hours.

There as never been a 24 hour day. We may have one because the Bible does talk about a perfect day. For now, today is 23 hours, 56 minutes, and 4 seconds to complete.
