  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Whoa there, let's not go crazy. We didn't start playing Shaq-Fu until we beat Mario 3 on Mario All-Stars.

Now that we beat that, my roommate is all about Zombies ate my Neighbors and I am trying to decide if I should start a season of NBA Jam or Ken Griffey Baseball. So many decisions.

Believe me, I know. I requested the "Walk the Line" soundtrack as well, but someone beat me to that. But the question then begs being asked....who would request WtL, but not Half Handed Cloud?

I always preferred the SNES to Sega, but I thought NBA Jam was better on Sega (as well as Jurassic Park...that was a great Sega game). I've said it before, but Ken Griffey Baseball for the SNES is one of the most fun games of all time.

SEGA!!!! I bought like every NHL game on it, until I got N64. Those games are great...however, when I put the SEGA back together last summer, most of the NHL games no longer work. :( They must have some internal battery or something. :cry:

It's a new one that isn't out yet.

Thy Is A Word and Feet Need Lamps came out earlier this year, but by the time that came out John Ringhofer had already written the next album. The new one is called Halos and Lassos and will not be out until March 2006.

Hey Jeff, if I check with Julia, do you think it would be possible for you to send me Halos and Lassos -- be it via internet or a burned copy or something. I'm dying to hear the new material.
