Were they not savable before they assumed those roles? You asking it as if by birth they were damned. What would make one not savable is that they reject Christ, and yes the Antichrist at that point is not savable, but one can only know that when the person actually show the signs as prophesized in the Bible. Wherever they end up, and how they got there, the backstory of how they became the Antichrist, we can't predict. We don't know who passes us by, how they end up and if they will be saved, who knows if we have already passed by a future false prophet or Antichrist.

It's not our job to figure that out. We are only mandated to share the good news and make disciples. Not to figure out who will be and won't be saved.

We know from the bible those two souls wont be saved.
