After a decade in the military, then going into law enforcement, and then the corporate world, I had the same haircut for decades with only the yearly hunting beard.

After I got divorced and got a blue-collar job, I started growing my hair and goatee out for about a year, then got promoted and had to go short hair and clean-shaven again.

I was starting to like my longer hair and was wanting to eventually emulate the look of Jeff Bridges as The Dude in The Big Lebowski.

Didn't get close before I had to cut it...

I actually have a new hair style I like, might post pics later.

For the first time using gel to style it. While really thick hair can make styling horrible I've managed to shape my hair into something decent.. lol.

I haven't been very adventuresome with my hair, essentially having the same style and color my entire life. It is growing in a little darker now! It had been bright blonde my whole life, but it's like I have natural low lights now. I did try a temporary tint to see what I looked like with all brown hair, but it is designed to wash out after a few shampoos. I think the real deal probably would have been a lot prettier than the tint, that made me look like my hair was the same color as a mouse.

My aunt just changed her hair from blonde that was identical to mine to this sort of strawberry blonde with a fringe, and it's making me want to copy her, haha. This is her, not me:



I think it looks like a 70s style haircut, like in a good way.

Her hair turned out great! She is absolutely stunning, BTW... Nope, not going there... LOL.

I really love your hair colour. I don't often see true strawberry blond like that.
I think your bangs suit you very well. But side swept bangs would be a really nice option for you. Especially if you're looking to transition and grow your bangs out.

Thank you! Maybe I will try side swept bangs. I have always had the same hair style and I am looking to try something new.

My hair is not quite that long, but I keep it long. So far half down my front/back. Sometime I braid it. Usually just leave it long straight auburn old school metal fashion.

Lately sporting the Francis Schaeffer beard.

btw, posting yourself close with another person sends a mixed message when you also say you are single. come on now people; join the program.
