Hi all. Here's another video. It's roughly 22 minutes long, but it has a fantastic message. I look forward to hearing what others think.

If you mean "Love" and being perfect in Love, none of us, but many are trying to...
Well, can't you just say it, or give some specific times in the video where it says it? My time is very valuable to me and watching a 20 minute video all the way through, well, I just don't have that kind of time to invest into one single thread right now...?I think the video is pretty clear on what kind of love is being discussed...

I agree. I am not going to watch a 22 minute video to participate in a thread.Well, can't you just say it, or give some specific times in the video where it says it? Ok. I'll go but I'll just give my opinion before I do.Lol, no one is compelling you. The synopsis is in the thread title. If you want the details, watch the video. If not, no big deal.
Compare yourself to yourself. That is how love grows best.
I addressed the title. You did not want me to go any further and told me to watch your 22 minute video. The question in the title suggests that there are many people who are not following the greatest commandment, including professing Christians.
I guess, before you could even address an issue like that, you'd need to resolve whether or not you think it's okay to rebuke a brother who sins or whether this "personal God to my person" thing means everyone is right in their own way and therefore rebukes would be inappropriate.

That being said, I use to waste a lot of time with end-times prophecy, in the 1990's, but those who love God do not need to fear anything, so to me studying the end-times in any great way is counterproductive because we could be doing better things with our time, like loving others and God.
What I found however is that even Jesus does not know the day that He will return. That is only known by the Father, so to me there is much we do not know of course, because Jesus Himself does not know.It seems there is an assumption there that studying the end-times has to do with fear. I can appreciate that that's how it is for most people. But certainly that is not the point from God's perspective. The prophecies about "the end of the world" are actually there to encourage us Christians, because that's what we are meant to be praying for each day when we pray "your Kingdom come". We are anxiously waiting the day when "the kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord" and we can see the full manifestation of the Kingdom of God.
So to me, the end times are actually an encouragement, not a topic of fear. Jesus himself saw it that way. In Luke 21, after telling us about all the signs of the end and the troubles that will come, he says, "when you see these things happening, lift up your heads and stand up because your redemption is near".
I fully agree that we do not need to fear anything. I just don't see how that statement should translate into: "so let's stay away from end time prophecy". The key is in how you approach prophecy.
That is my reasoning for saying overwhelming study does not usually lead to answers, but more questions and theory, not fact.
Right.I don't think we need overwhelming study to practice love, but we do need sincerity. Jesus' teachings show us how to fulfill the greatest commandment, and the 2nd which is like it.
For example, taking the lower seat is a practical expression of love for others. Keeping our charity and fasting secret is an example of our love for God, by keeping the praise off ourselves.
