My little sister thinks I'm her Mother, even though when she asked me I assured her that I wasn't. (I was pregnant when my Mother was, and my child died.)

My doctor says I internalize things so much that my subconscience has to release the negative emotion via nightmares.

I had a nightmare last night. An older Japanese woman kept grabbing my littlest daughter and kept trying to give her to her daughter. She said that her daughter deserved her more. And that I was unfit. After repeatedly taking my daughter from me, and my daughter wrestling out of her arms screaming and kicking. I grabbed the old lady by the hair and had her arrested.

If I were awake, I would never make such a scene.

The night before last I had a nightmare that my father showed up on my doorstep because he wanted to take me and my children to a family reunion. (My father hasn't spoken to me in years and I had just broken down about it again before I went to bed) My father said some vile things to me and I said I wanted to go home. He left me and my children and I didn't know how to find the freeway. I went inside to ask for directions, leaving my children to pack up the car in the large driveway. When I came out, my car and my children were gone.

I've been in a state of hightened stress, can you tell?
