When the 69 weeks expired at the baptism of Jesus one of the first think he did was to announce a jubilee. Luke 4 16-21
It was not one of the first things Jesus did after being baptized by John.

Go to Luke 4. After Jesus was baptized, he was tempted by the devil for forty days.

After that, Jesus went to Galilee region where he taught in their synagogues, Luke 4:15. Then he came to Nazareth, and in the synagogue on the sabbath day, In Luke 4:16-21, Jesus announced the beginning of a Jubilee year.

That year began ,and a little later, he then sent 70 of his disciples (besides the 12, disciples which Jesus named them apostles in Luke 6:13 ) in Luke 10, out to preach that the kingdom of God was near - Luke 10:9

The same in Matthew 10:5, but specifically the 12 apostles, Jesus sent forth to preach throughout the cities of Israel (but not to Gentiles nor Samaritans) that the kingdom of heaven was at hand. Matthew 10:7.

Moreover...

Matthew 10:23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

Come where ?

Into Jerusalem, riding the donkey, in John 12:12-15, hailed as the messiah, the King of Israel, who comes in the name of the Lord. That is the pinnacle of the 69 weeks, and the Jubilee year, when the captives would be set free.

Four days later, Jesus was crucified, and the captives set free from the power of sin.

Huh? Jubilee year? Where does the Bible say that? Do you even know what a Jubilee year was? It was after 7 cycles of Sabbatical years - 49th year. And it could only start at the beginning of the 6th month. It's impossible to be what you have written.

The Jubilee year is the year following the 49 years.

In Luke 4:18, Jesus preached the beginning of the Jubilee year, during which the things listed in verse 18 would take place, as he was going preach during the Juliee year, the acceptable year of the Lord in verse 19.

Now when did Jesus make his declaration, in the Nazarth synagogue?

From that link, dates are given in a table, that indicates March 12 (and the bible reference Luke 4:16).

Which would be 6 months after the Jewish new year, Rosh Hasannah, in October (some years it is in September, some years it is in October).,

Luke 4:16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

No. The Year of Jubilee ALWAYS was proclaimed 6 months after the start of the year. The year starts in Nisan - the spring. It was at the 49 1/2 year point and goes into the 50th year. Read the Law of Moses.
Also, the closest Year of Jubilee happened in 13 AD. No where near the time of the Messiah's ministry years.

For the counting of years:
Rosh Hasannah, that takes place in September or October (varies), the Jewish month of Tishri, is the "head of the year", the start of the year. The Sabbatical year, the year of release. which is every 7th year in the 49 year cycle begins with Rosh Hashana.

For the numbering of months, i.e. 1,2,3, 4,5.......

That is based on commemoration from slavery to freedom in the liberation from Egypt is how the Jewish months came to be numbered with Nissan being month 1.

I got my information from this site...

Here's an excerpt....

Counting years from Tishri (Yom Teruah/Rosh Hashana) is also the date for calculating the release year (i.e., the "Sh'mittah" year, which means "Sabbatical" year, which is every 7th year in the 49-year cycle that governed the Kingdom of Israel [10th century B.C.E. to 8th century B.C.E.] and Kingdom of Judah [10th century B.C.E. to 6th century B.C.E.] in biblical times), and the date for calculating the Jubilee year (a Jubilee year or "Yovel" year in Hebrew is the year after the 49-year cycle that governed the Kingdom of Israel and Kingdom of Judah in biblical times, i.e., the 50th year).

It doesn't matter what your opinion is. I get the actual information from the Law of Moses - the Scriptures.

[Exo 12:1-3 ESV] 1 The LORD said to Moses and Aaron in the land of Egypt, 2 "This month shall be for you the beginning of months. It shall be the first month of the year for you. 3 Tell all the congregation of Israel that on the tenth day of this month every man shall take a lamb according to their fathers' houses, a lamb for a household.

[Lev 25:3-4, 8-10 ESV] 3 For six years you shall sow your field, and for six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its fruits, 4 but in the seventh year there shall be a Sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a Sabbath to the LORD. You shall not sow your field or prune your vineyard. ...

Sowing and pruning happen in the spring only. This confirms the years begin in the spring.

8 "You shall count seven weeks of years, seven times seven years, so that the time of the seven weeks of years shall give you forty-nine years. 9 Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land. 10 And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee for you, when each of you shall return to his property and each of you shall return to his clan.

"The seventh month" is the fall season, at the Day of Atonement announcing the Year of Jubilee. It begins half way through the 49th year and extends into the 50th year.

[Lev 25:20-22 ESV] 20 And if you say, 'What shall we eat in the seventh year, if we may not sow or gather in our crop?' 21 I will command my blessing on you in the sixth year, so that it will produce a crop sufficient for three years. 22 When you sow in the eighth year, you will be eating some of the old crop; you shall eat the old until the ninth year, when its crop arrives.

It's very clearly stated that it is a 3 year process - eating the harvest from the 6th year (which God promises to make extra bountiful).
Spring 6th year - sow
Fall 6th year - harvest an extra bountiful crop

Spring 7th year - Sabbatical, no sowing
Fall 7th year - proclaim the Year of Jubilee, no harvest, no sowing

Spring 8th year - Year of Jubilee, no sowing
Fall 8th year - still Year of Jubilee, no harvest, sow winter barley

Spring 9th year (2nd year into next 7 year cycle) - Sow and prune like usual, begin regular harvest

Josephus was nearer to the time than us and he was a priest and would have had access to the records. Anyway that doesn't matter. The declaration of Cyrus was a jubilee because he set the captives free. Zin Luke 4 Jesus said part of his ministry was to announce freedom for captives

You wrote...

So if the Year of Jubilee is announced at the Day of Atonement (a fall feast), the Jubillee year would begin that following spring - since you have said sowing and pruning happen in the spring confirms the years begin in the spring.

From that site...
... they show Jesus's proclamation in the synagogue in Nazarath in Luke 4:16-19 as having taken place on March 12, which would have been in the spring.

As I stated, there is no evidence that Jesus proclaimed any Year of Jubilee. Besides, March 12 is not yet spring and could never be the beginning of the Jewish year before the spring equinox. The previous Year of Jubilee was in 13 AD - not 29 AD when Jesus began his ministry.

Also, reading through that link, that writer has no understanding of the seasons in Israel and the times of ripening of barley and wheat. His whole thesis can be disqualified.

You do agree that Jesus's death and resurrection set men free from the captivity of sin, if they believe in Jesus, right ?

The facts about the calendar and botany and jewish culture trump anything you are trying to imply. What you say is simply impossible.

It depends upon what crop a person is planting as to when it is planted. Do an internet search (like I did) on when the different crops are planted in Israel. Some are January - March.

The summer harvest is the MAIN harvest. Yes, there is winter barley needed during biblical times for the Feast of First Fruits. That is the BEGINNING of the year. It is not "some". It is ONE plant.
And LOL, an "internet" search? How about reading some actual books like I have for many years of the research I've done into the topic.

On the internet there is unlimited access to information. Like for example, you can go to Jewish sites and find out directly from them what they believe in order to put things together regarding the Antichrist person.

What does that have to do with anything that has been disproven in your comments? I notice you don't acknowledge this. You just keep changing the topic.

That's a very surface understanding of what the Year of Jubilee is. That's why this whole discussion is by people who don't understand the actual Jewish tradition.
