No. A forecast is merely predicting the weather according to what is known. If you bring an umbrella with you when you leave the house because it says in the weather forecast that it will rain, are you then against God's law? That's English - "luminary". It's an English word. And Genesis was not written in English. It was written in Hebrew.
Hebrew to English dictionaries, which is what Strong's is. And if you believe that Genesis 1 is literally true and God's own words, then you are obliged to read and study what it actually says, not what you want it to say.How am I supposed to know what the what the Hebrew words mean ? I don't go to the Bible find words that mean something else.

Really? I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic. If you have evidence that a weather forecast is the result of sorcery or witches then show me. That's the type of future telling that God forbids. But forecasting the weather based on charts and maps of what the weather is doing around the world is not sorcery.Oh so forecasting is OK ? Okay i'll remember this.........
