I liked them both, they each had their own feel to it.

Vin wanted to much $$ so they decided they didn't need him. Unfortunately for him the film did great without him, and the film he did do did less than stellar. Don't get me wrong I like him he just made some bad choices script wise.

Besides they had someone alot better, the delectable Devon Aoki (Suki)

To be honest, when I saw the first one in the Cinema I felt physically sick. I was at the point of vomitting due to some of the insane car chase sequences in the film. But if I had the DVD, it would spin around on the machine quite a few times!

You know, i was reading a magazine the other day, i think it was Entertainment Weekly and they said that Vin Diesel just signed on to be in the 3rd one. They didn't say what it was going to be about or when it was going to come out, but i have a feeling that we'll see some cars in it. ;-)

Actually, I read, (though I'm not sure if it was a quote or not but I think it was) he had a choice to make three different movies: XXX, Too Fast, Too Furious, and another one I can't remember. He chose XXX (which was a very good movie by the way) so that's why he wasn't in the second one.

How could you make a part 2 without Diesel?

Its like making Hannabel without Jody Foster, it is a major let down from the start.

The first F&F blew me away! But the second one, I enjoyed, but it was missing its star and it showed.

I agree, they're idiots. The second, though was Ok in of itself, sucked compared to the first one. Without Vin Diesel's presence, it just isn't the same.

Both movies were so vomit inducing. The second is an insult to cinema. Yeah, Paul Walker can certainly hold a film together.....not! He's probably one of the worst actors I've ever seen. He's lower than Keanu Reeves. I really hope they don't make a 3rd movie.

it seems we have some harsh critics. now its my turn. the first one was cool because of the visual affects and car stunts they pulled. i had never seen any movie where a a car changed lanes under a semi-truck. now i know its not possible because the trailor is actually lower than the movie had shown but you have to admit that was pretty cool. the second one was definitely not as good but since i enjoy cars i enjoyed it still. and if you think Paul Walker is as bad as Mr. Reeves then i will have to disagree, I was watching some of A Walk In The Clouds and man was he a robot or what.
as far as the cars having wings i can understand your statement to a point. In that some cars dont benefit from it aerodynamically speaking. however some of those cars were RWD so having them made sense. i know some of them seem extremely high in positioning but even that has an aerodynamic reason for it. but then again maybe you didnt think about that.

as far as a third one, i also heard rumors of a third one being planned. having a third one would be nice in that it could tie off loose ends in that we dont know what happened to the others in Vin's crew. We know that Vin ends up high tailing it to Mexico but what about his sister, Letty, Vince, and that other guy with the yellow R33? and where does Vin end up? i suppose they could just leave it with loose ends but that would really suck. however i wouldnt doubt that it wouldnt be too great of a movie as usually most third installations dont do well.
