Shame on you Veritas! How dare you consider criticising a non-Apostolic church! Only those churches that hold fast to the constant beliefs of the entire Christian community for many, many centuries are to be discussed in such a way that might suggest they have doctrinal errors...I thought that much was obvious. If something is a modern invention that is utterly in opposition to the teachings of the Apostles then clearly it is beyond criticism! Besides which, it wastes vital energy needed to regurgitate lies about Catholicism.

I don't know about that, but can you address the substance of what they are saying? Does Chuck in your opinion teach biblical truth?

My opinion is probably not in regards to a pre-trib rapture. But I try to speculate little on end times stuff, so I do not have very strong views about it.

Chuck Smith teaches unsound doctrine that he is sincerely convinced is true. I teach unsound doctrine that I am sincerely convinced is true. Both of us will have to do some restructuring of our theology when we see the face of Jesus.

What is the difference in these sort of popularist end times books?More than one end times poser has shown over the book series misquote the odd passage conveiently,or reverse themselves over foggy issues and chronological revelancy and interpretation.
The more popular the author,the longer the series,the more the inconsistancies pile up....
The biggest problem with the end times is that nobody has got THE interpretation for a good reason.
Daniel was told to shut up these things till the apointed time.This means that GOD dont want YOU to KNOW YET>
I aam sure that the real explanation will account for every symbolism,every small aside....but we wont see it till GOD decides to reveal it......
If the book is sealed,then is it the scroll with the seven seals that only Jesus can open?are they one and the same books?
