The OP is almost like a journal proof of why the Christian earthly family is divided in their faith and values. And that division is why the enemy within and without is able to overcome the righteous and corrupt America. When his spirit has help from the Christians among us not only does he revel in victory but he gains strength in our division and weakness of spirit.

To the OP:

I noticed your rather lengthy initial post talked about a whole slew of favorite socialist issues, but you didn't say one single word about the real elephant in the room:

You'd best worry about your own party and its coming downfall instead of trying to lay artificial blame on the conservatives about issues that won't amount to the contents of the collection receptacle in a port-a-potty about ten months from now.

I still say you are reading the wrong news. Your fearmongering conspiracy theory baloney is just that...

Also...just a question...if God is truly in control, why are you so fearful? Either God is in control and all this is part of His plan or God isn't in control and the world will descend into chaos. Which is it? I think I already know which you believe based on your posts.

Oh, and Katrina was a disaster because the then president (George W. Bush) and the director of FEMA were incompetent.

A lot of what he said isn't really part of any conspiracy theory, however. It's entirely sensible to say that certain ideas and policies are at work which have a purpose and goal that is not 'as advertised.'

If you yourself were not fearful you would be able to face or at least "investigate" stories not carried by the liberal mainstream media. I'm not fearful. We are told in Scripture to be aware, be sober, watch the signs of the times. I have no doubt that God is in control but He has told us that when Jesus returns it will be as the days of Noah, and many will be caught off guard. That is why He wants us to watch, to be ready spiritually to meet Him. The world will eventually descend into chaos. I probably won't be here but it will happen because Scripture says it will. That doesn't mean that God won't be in control. He was in control during the flood wasn't He? He's in control during tsunamis and typhoons, etc. It's we who are out of control. It is human nature to be fearful, but those who know what is happening and are ready for it will have the peace of God when these things happen.

Maybe the FEMA director...somewhat like Health and Human Services director of today, but I don't think Bush was incompetent. Funny, no one questioned the incompetence of Ray Nagin, the Landrieu family who run the state, but they jumped all over George Bush who wasn't in the state until after the hurricane was over. Yeah, he made a few mistakes but you know what? If I was involved in a natural disaster and the government gave me a motor home to live in, I'd be thankful. I think that is pretty good, considering, many people were destitute. But Bush could just never do anything right. I hope they are all happier now.

I've investigated...I've read all sorts of documents. I have no fear. God is in control. Why should I fear if I believe the Sovereign of the Universe is in control of everything? I am not worried...I am ready, if the Lord should return tonight.

All these things you worry about, you are like the Pharisees of old who did not trust in the Lord, but trusted in all their laws and rituals.

Again, if God is in control, why should I fear anything? I do not fear the one who can only kill my body. I know who has my soul and spirit. Absence from the world is to be in the Lord's presence. Not worried at all.

Now he has diminished our military and fired many of the top brass of the military, supposedly for various reasons, but most believe that it is because they disagree with him.

This is not a true statement. It's not true that Obama has fired "many of the top brass" nor is it true that "most believe that it is because they disagree with him."

There are currently almost 1,000 general officers. The Navy has nearly as many admirals as it has ships.

How many of them has "Obama fired?"

Considering that every general officer has at least 25 years of service, do you really think a mere two terms of Obama has somehow brainwashed them?

Wait, just in the last election didn't conservatives claim that the majority of military officers were Republican?

So have all these senior officers been brainwashed by Obama in just the last three years? Wow, Obama is really effective.

Excuse me. To call me a Pharisee when I have given my life to Jesus and am simply doing my best to obey His command to watch the signs of the times is not very Christian. Your analogy makes no sense.

We've already had this discussion, RDKirk. Remember I tried to post two articles about it and the links didn't work because I have difficulty with links? All you have to do is type in "senior military officers fired by Obama"
and you will find many articles. I'm not sure but I think it is 93 or 97, more than any president.

Your lists include, by great majority, O3 and O4 officers, which are not "senior." I doubt seriously that the president is made personally aware of any captains or majors that leave the military.

Even then, your lists contain fewer than 900 officers--again, including mostly junior officers, not "senior" officers--out of an overall officer corps of 225,000.

Again, there are nearly 1,000 general officers in the military, and unless you can list a significant percentage of them--a hundred or more, not just three or four--you can't claim any kind of senior office purge.

These officers are, indeed, released for a variety of reasons of ineffectiveness. It's not a "purge" just because some joker on a blog says so, and a bunch of other jokers repeat him.

I'm personally offended by your remarks, because you are consistently alleging that the US military, especially its officer corps, is made up of a bunch of morons easily brainwashed by Obama.
